PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a welding method and its equipment which prevents a welding place of two kinds of different metals from oxidizing and relatively facilitates maintenance. SOLUTION: A pressure within a container 1 which is measured by a pressure measuring instrument 18 is confirmed by a controller 20 opening a protective valve 19 when a prescribed time when a pressure within the container 1 is lowered down to the range capable of measuring by the pressure measuring instrument 18 elapses. When the pressure reaches a prescribed reference value, the protective valve 19 is closed again, an exhaust valve 13 is closed and air within the container 1 is stopped to be evacuated by the controller 20. Thereafter, an electric current is made to flow between an upper electrode 4a and a lower electrode 5a for a prescribed time by a welding controller part 12, and eutectic welding is executed to a contact point material being two kinds of metals to be welded and a pedestal. In such a way, since welding is executed in a vacuum state, the oxidation of a welded place (joined part or the like) is prevented and the strength of welding is strengthens, furthermore, since working for wiping off pure water or water is unnecessitated, maintenance is relatively facilitated. |
