PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a positional shift of images on a paper when image to be formed on a plurality of photosensitive drums are multirecorded on the one paper. SOLUTION: A reference clock signal common to a plurality of photosensitive drums 20, 30 is generated and moreover, driving means of the photosensitive drums are controlled respectively so as to rotate the plurality of photosensitive drums 20, 30 synchronously with the common reference clock signal. When the plurality of photosensitive drums 20, 30 are to be independently scanned with the use of a plurality of deflectors 22, 32, a reference clock signal common to the plurality of deflectors is generated and driving means of the deflectors are controlled respectively to synchronize rotations of the plurality of deflectors with the common reference clock signal. |
