SOLUTION: This piercing tool 1A is provided with a housing 2, a plunger 3 for piercing, a coil spring 4 for energizing it in a tip direction, a plunger 5 for suction, a coil spring 6 for energizing it in a base end direction, an atmosphere open valve 7 and an operation means 8. In the state of sealing a tip opening 221 on a living body surface, when the operation button 84 of the operation means 8 is pressurized, a first locking part 33 is unlocked first, the plunger 3 for piercing is moved in the tip direction, piercing by a piercing needle 12 is performed and bleeding occurs. Then, a second locking part 55 is unlocked, the plunger 5 for the suction is moved in the base end direction, a space 10 is turned to an evacuated state, a piercing part is sucked and bleeding is accelerated.
