PURPOSE:To allow the formation of images having a high resolution by incorporating a photosetting resin contg. a photosensitive group as well as a specific sensitizer and polymn. initiator into the above photosensitive compsn. CONSTITUTION:The photosetting resin which can be crosslinked or polymerized by photoirradiation, the sensitizer expressed by formula I and the polymn. initiator are incorporated into this photosensitive compsn. In the formula I, R1 and R2 denote lower alkyl groups which may be the same or different; R3 denotes a hydrogen atom, lower alkyl group, alkoxyalkyl group, hydroxyalkoxyalkyl group or alkoxycarbonylalkyl group. The photopolymn. initiator system having a practicable and high sensitivity is obtd. in this way. |
