PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent electrically conductive laminate, which has a low resistance, a high transparency, a small curling after being made into a film end heated and excellent etching properties. SOLUTION: In this transparent electrically conductive laminate, a transparent electrically conductive layer mainly made of an In2 O3 -SnO2 sintered body is laminated on at least one side of a transparent polyethylene naphthalate film under the condition that the In2 O3 -SnO2 sintered body includes 3-15 wt.% of SnO2 , the surface resistance of the transparent electrically conductive layer is 30Ω/square or less and the light transmittance of the transparent electrically conductive laminate is 80% or more in the wavelength of 550 nm.
