PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decompose and remove dioxin in fly ash at low temp. in a short time. SOLUTION: Dioxin or a dioxin-containing substance and an amine compd. and/or an ammonium compd. are brought into contact with each other under a condition of below 300 deg.C. By reacting chlorine in dioxin with the amine compd. and/or ammonium compd., the dechlorination reaction of dioxine is rapidly advanced at lower temp. Dioxin can be decomposed and removed in a short time at low temp. not decomposing dioxine heretofore. |
