<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce the subject compound in high yield by reacting an organoslicon compound having an alkylhydrosilyl group or an arylhydrosilyl group with an allylamine compound in the presence of a rhodium catalyst, a basic compound and a specific organosilicon compound. SOLUTION: (D) An organosilicon compound having an alkylhydrosilyl group or an arylhydrosilyl group (e.g. dimethylphenoxysilane) is reacted with (E) an allylamine compound (e.g. allylamine) in the presence of (A) a rhodium catalyst [e.g. bis(ethylene)rhodium (I) acetylacetonate], (B) a basic compound (e.g. tetraethylammonium hydroxide) and (C) an organosilicon compound represented by the formula, HSi(OR<1> )3 (R<1> is an alkyl or the like), preferably at 80 deg.C to produce the objective compound.</p> |
