PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tacky sheet capable of keeping a prescribed uneven structure just after attached to an adhered on the tacky surface, effectively letting foam loose into the outside, making uneven structure disappear thereafter and preventing the tacky sheet after attaching to the adhered from impairing the appearance. SOLUTION: This tacky sheet is equipped with a flexible base film, a tacky layer pressing tightly against its main surface, formed between a protruded part bringing into contact with an adhered and an adjacent protruded part on the surface reverse to the tightly pressed surface and having uneven structure containing a groove part which communicates with the outside and a liner having a negative structure of an uneven structure of the surface and laminated so that the negative structure is brought into contact with uneven structure, and the tacky layer contains a crosslinked polymer and can keep the uneven structure immediately after releasing the liner and attaching to the adherend, and the uneven structure is deformed after attaching to the adherend and the contact area becomes >=92% or the tacky layer contains a matrix component comprising a tacky polymer and elastic microspheres having 10-100μm average volume diameter dispersed in the matrix component.
