PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat dissipation grease composition having excellent water resistance in spite of using aluminum nitride as a filler. SOLUTION: A heat conductive grease composition comprises (A) 50-95 wt.% aluminum nitride powder having been surface-treated with an organosilane of the general formula: R1aR2bSiY4-a-b (wherein R1 is a 6-20C alkyl group or a 6-20C alkyl group in which the hydrogen atoms bonded to the carbon atoms are partially or entirely substituted with a halogen atom; R2 is a 1-20C hydrocarbon group or a 1-20C hydrocarbon group in which the hydrogen atoms bonded to the carbon atoms are partially or entirely substituted with a halogen atom; Y is hydrolyzable group; a is an integer of 1-3; b is an integer of 0-2; and a+b is an integer of 1-3) and/or a partially hydrolyzed condensate thereof and (B) 5-50 wt.% at least one base oil selected from a liquid silicone, a liquid hydrocarbon oil and a fluorinated hydrocarbon oil. |
