PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing equipment enhancing the production efficiency of germinated hulled rice by promoting the germination of hulled rice. SOLUTION: This germinated hulled rice manufacturing equipment 11 almost consists of a closed type germination promoting tank 12 in which the hulled rice and germination promoting water is supplied, recycled-water producing system 13 returning the recycled water to the germination promoting tank used in the germination promoting tank 12. The hulled rice thrown from the raw material supplying slot into the germination promoting tank 12 is kept in floating state in the water supplied from the water supply slot. The recycled water producing system 13 consists of the hot water recovery line 22 recovering the water overflowing from the top of the germination promoting tank 12, a filter module 23 removing the germ and organic materials contained in the water recovered from the germination promoting tank 12, and a return line 24 supplying the recycled water discharged from the filter module 23 to the bottom of the germination promoting tank 12. |
