PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the falling of a differential input gear to improve the durability of a differential gear device by simple constitution and adding a few parts. SOLUTION: In a differential input gear 22a externally fitted to at least any one side of the butting portions of axles 7R and 7L, plural through holes 22d are opened in the gear 22a, a bevel pinion 80 is rotatably supported in a direction nearly orthogonal to the axle centers of the axles 7R and 7L in the holes 22d, differential side gears 81R and 81L are locked onto the right and left axles 7R and 7L so as to engage the pinion 80, a support member 89, having a recess part for housing the gears 81R and 81L on one side of the gears 81R and 81L, is provided on the axles 7R and 7L, and a connection fixed part to the gear 22a and a bearing part to a housing are provided on the support member 89.
