PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a lotion having little in irritancy, good in dampishness and the spread of cosmetics and enabling make-up without anxiety. SOLUTION: This lotion is obtained by soaking fruits of Fortunella japonica and dried Houttuynia cordata in Japanese sake, extracting their essence and adding glycerol thereto. The blending quantities of the above-mentioned components are 10-25 wt.% for fruits of Fortunella japonica, 0.3-1.4 wt.% for dried Houttuynia cordata and 1-7 vol.% for glycerol based on 100% Japanese sake. |
