PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily repair the water barrier sheet of a waste treatment plant. SOLUTION: In a waste treatment plant, a water barrier sheet 10 preventing the discharge of sewage issued from waste to the outside is laid. The water barrier sheet 10 is formed by bonding a plurality of sheet members 20 and repairing material flow-in pipes 23 are arranged in the respective sheet members 20. Further, the repairing material flow-in pipes 23 are exposed to the outside of the sheet members 20 at one ends 23a thereof and the other ends 23b of them are opened into the sheet members 20. |
