PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce abrasion of a counterpart member by enforcing a shot injection processing injecting shot grain to an abrasive surface after a surface abrasive processing of high Young's modulus steel product parts containing hard grain is performed. SOLUTION: Powder of each remaining wt.% of C 2.73, Cr 6.28, Mo 4.16, W 15.07, V 11.46 and Fe in chemical composition is manufactured by a gas spraying method and this powder is classified into -42 mesh. An HIP processing is performed for the powder and subsequently, a spheroidizing annealing processing is performed for the powder. A piston pin 10 is manufactured from the HIP body, the pin 10 is quenched at 1160 deg.C, for instance, and continuously the pin 10 is tempered at 600 deg.C. Subsequently, a surface abrasion is performed and continuously a shot injection processing is enforced. In this injection processing condition, a projection distance: 100 mm (a distance from the tip of a nozzle to the surface of the piston pin 10), a nozzle diameter of a using nozzleϕ6 mm, supply pneumatics: 5 kg/cm<2> , a projection angle: 90 deg., projection time: 30 sec, shot grain material: alumina beads, a grain diameter of shot grain: average 50μm and shot grain hardness: Mohs 9.0 are defined.
