PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimize the unevenness of supplying quantity of molten metal and to improve the weighing accuracy of fixing a cover for covering a float to a ladle. SOLUTION: In order to reduce the surface area of molten metal ladled with the ladle, the float 40 which can float on the molten metal ladled with the ladle, is arranged and the cover 41 for covering the float 40 so that the float 40 does not drop from the ladle 14, is fixed to the ladle 14 through a supporting member 42. The ladle 14 has a rotating shaft 13 and the float 40 which is formed as the circular disk shape and constituted of porous calcium silicate or porous alumina so as to be difficult to stick to molten aluminum, is floated and the surface area can be kept constant regardless of a weighing angleθof the ladle 14. Further, the float 40 is covered with the ceramic-made or stainless steel-made cover 41 and constituted so as not to be affected by the weighing angleθof the ladle and not to flow out from the float 40.
