PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a coated film that has a largely increased adhesion to a transparent substrate, retains high reliability even under the conditions of high temperature and humidity and shows excellent optical characteristics, abrasion resistance and chemical resistance. SOLUTION: An anti-reflecting material is prepared by forming surface- roughened layers 12 on one or both faces of a transparent substrate 11. The transparent substrate is made of a triacetylcellulose(TAC) resin, a saponified triacetyl-cellulose(TAC) resin, a polycarbonate or an acrylic resin, while the roughened layer 12 is coated with a coating material containing methyl isobutyl ketone(MIBK) as a main solvent. |
