<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve visibility of a display body by arranging a footprint mark pattern-applied paper strip-shaped display body in the shape of being brought into close contact with the bottom surface and two side surfaces of these groove along the grooves in the display body having a large number of slender grooves in one direction of the surface of treads and a base board in the bottom part of these grooves. SOLUTION: In a passenger conveyor by connecting plural aluminum alloy treads in an endless shape, a footprint mark pattern display body is arranged on the surface of the respective treads. This display body is formed by having paper strip-shaped display pieces 7A along the bottom surface of a large number of almost U-shaped slender grooves 4A arranged in one direction of the surface of the treads having a base board 4C having a plate thickness T. In the respective display pieces 7A, the lenghtwise directional both end parts are fixed to a part of the treads by fastening end part tread pieces 4D, 4E having the length L1 , L2 which have a surface shape similar to the treads and are arranged on both ends of the treads having the length L by a machine screw. According to this, the display area of a footprint mark can be expanded to improve the visibility.</p> |
