摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce frictional resistance of a phenol end face and the surface of an abrasive tape by imparting proper projecting and recessing parts to the surface of an abrasive layer by providing an abrasive layer of specified thickness which contains silica and/or alumina of a specified average grain diameter on a supporting body in which center line average surface roughness (Ra) on the surface is specified. SOLUTION: After a blended material of each weight part of silica sol (average grain diameter 10 to 20 nm, effective component 30 wt.%) 24, acrylic polyol (effective component 50 wt.%) 3, isocyanate curing agent (effective component 60 wt.%) 1 and methyl ethyl ketone 2 is agitated for one hour, for instance, the blended material is filtered by a filter of about 1μm in pore diameter and coating liquid for abrasive layer in which a solid part is 30% is obtained. This coating liquid for abrasive layer is coated on a polyester film 10 (center line average roughness on the surface 0.10 to 1.0μm) whose surface is made rough because matting agent is filled by a bar coating. The polyester film is heated and dried, the film is hardened by subsequently performing a heat processing and an abrasive film (abrasive layer 1 to 10μm) is manufactured.
