PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem in which the side to be driven does not surely follow to the driving side by a spring urging two shafts for supporting a rotor to close direction, because a conventional rotation transmitting plate has a structure in which a protruded fitting part and a recessed fitting part for mutually fitting into each vertical angle part of pentagon are provided though it is required that at least either one of two rotors are rotated while closely approaching or separating in an apparatus for continuously carrying out compression forming of an edible material successively fed while mutually rotating two rotors providing plural forming parts in the circumferential surface in reverse direction. SOLUTION: Two forming rolls forming plural food forming parts on the circumferential surface are rotatably supported to a driving shaft 24 and a shaft 25 to be driven urged to closely approaching direction by an elastomer and a circular gear 22 is provided in either one of the driving shaft 24 and the shaft 25 to be driven and a polygonal gear 23 having same number of sides as sides of food forming part is provided in the other shaft. Thereby, rotation is transmitted from the driving shaft 24 engaging these gears and rotated and driven by a motor through the circular gear 22 and the polygonal gear 23 to the shaft 25 to be driven while closely approaching and separating these shaft centers. |
