PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure surface rigidity by pinching a core material with a surface material arranged with fixing holes and the other surface material to form a sandwich panel, and fixing the head sections of fixing members inserted into the core material from the fixing holes to the inner face side of the other surface material. SOLUTION: One surface material 2 and the other surface material 3 are laminated across a core material 4, fixing holes 2a are bored on one surface material 2 in advance, and the surface materials 2, 3 and the core material 4 are integrated by an adhesive. The other surface material 3 is directed to the column or beam of a wall section, the groundsill or floor joist of a floor section, or the fixed sections 5 side of the rafter or purlin of a roof section. Fixing members 6 such as nails or screws are inserted from the fixing holes 2a. The head sections 6a of the fixing members 6 are inserted through the core material 4 to the inner face 3a side of the other surface material 3 and fixed. Deformations of the surface materials 2, 3 and the core material 4 are prevented, the deterioration of fixing power with the lapse of time is prevented, and the surface rigidity as a sandwich panel 1 can be exerted. |
