Oligoligands with a binding capacity

The invention relates to a method for producing oligoligands which can bind to macromolecules with an optionally unknown composition of building blocks. The inventive method is characterised by the following: a) the selection of ligands against a mono- or oligomeric building block; b) the selection of ligands against a second mono- or oligomeric building block and optionally against a third to nth mono- or oligomeric building block; c) the chemical or enzymatic linking of the ligands selected according to a) and b), especially with the insertion of spacer molecules; d) the screening of the oligoligands obtained for binding to one or several macromolecules to which the oligoligands should be able to bind; and e) the isolation of the binding oligoligand(s) according to d) and optionally, f) the production of the binding oligoligand(s) according to e) by chemical or enzymatic synthesis or by cloning. The macromolecule(s) are not present in steps a) to c).
