PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a food in which top note characteristic to sesame is strengthened and improved, especially an oil-based food for seasoning such as seasoned oil. SOLUTION: This food comprises sesame ingredient, pepper and/or cardamom. The food is preferably an oily food for seasoning containing sesame ingredient as an extract oil. In this case, the extract content is 0.0001-1 wt.%. This method for producing the food comprises adding sesame ingredient and pepper and/or cardamom so as to strengthen top note of the sesame. |
