The heat exchanger roof has pipelines for the heat-conducting medium and flat cladding elements on the bottom. There are heat conducting elements round the tubes and lying against the cladding elements over a large area. The heat conducting elements have open receiver grooves over their entire length for the pipelines (8). The grooves may be open towards the underside of the heat conducting elements.
