At least one cut-off part (4,5) is provided and is movable in the housing (2). The cut-off part is so arranged and movable that in the closure position it does not completely close. The cut-off parts in the closure position are spaced from one another. The housing (2) comprises two plate-shaped wall parts (16,17) and these comprise U-shaped engaging end pieces (9,10) on the housing narrow sides. In the closure position, a gap extends between the cut-off parts in their movement direction. At least two cut-off members are provided and are arranged one behind the other in the transport direction. They are arranged vertically or beneath one another in the tube or hose conduit.
