A constant-volume dispensing coating container providing an accurate measurement of a dispensing liquid, a safe attainment of a strong assembly and an effective display function, wherein a coating plug (1) for switching, by a turning operation, communication between that part of a formed measuring room (A) inside a bottle body (8) and a dispensing port (55) is attached to the bottle body (8), the measuring room (A) is formed of non-deformable parts only, and non-detachable assembling of an attaching body (2) with a switching body (4) of the coating plug (1) is implemented by bending displacement of a locking joint function part, whereby a peripheral attaching position of the coating plug (1) with respect to the bottle body (8) is determined.
