One or more partially neutralized esters of mono- and/or diglycerides of saturated fatty acids with citric acid are used in combination with one or more fatty alcohols (selected from straight or branched 12-40C alkyl alcohols) to form non-sticky oil/water emulsions or to reduce the stickiness of oil/water emulsions.
