The heat loss reduction and pressure raising process involves introducing sufficient water for evaporation into the hot gases at 2000-2500C shortly after combustion to raise the effective piston pressure and at the same time provide sufficient cooling for the engine. The compressor sucks in the mixture through the carburetor and forces it into the combustion chamber, where it burns continuously. The water introduced cools the gases so that the resultant mixture of exhaust gas can supply a pressure air engine or a steam engine.
