A fastening device has three parts (1-3), each provided with openings. The second part can be tensioned rigidly between the first and the second part by means of bolt-nut combinations (7) of which the bolts engage openings (6) of two adjacent overlapping parts. The arrangement and the shape of the openings in the second and third part guarantee an arbitrary coordination suitable for reciprocal tensioning in the first plane. The second part possesses additionally to the hole(s) in the first plane, at least a further hole in a second plane at right angles to the first plane. The arrangement and shape of the holes in the first and second part guarantee a coordination suitable for reciprocal tensioning in the second plane, variable in a vertical direction to the first plane.
