The invention relates to a portable mobile telephone with a function of anti-electromagnetic radiation. A vertical distance of an antenna and a power amplifier transmitting stage connected thereto from a microphone is greater than a vertical distance from a receiver by placing the antenna of a common handset and the power amplifier transmitting stage connected thereto in the lower portion of the handset on a side of the receiver. By simply moving the position of the antenna and the power amplifier transmitting stage connected thereto, the distance between a human brain and an electromagnetic radiation source is increased, since the strength of a radiation is inversely proportional to a radiation distance to the power of 2, thereby fully improves the situation in harming human health by placing an antenna behind an ear, and achieves an object of preventing high frequency electromagnetic radiation to a user with a simple construction, easy carrying out, and effective.
