The invention relates to a problem oriented information and communication/dialog method which starts from an interactive acquisition and storing of a number of symbolic graphic representations which can be computer generated and processed and which characteristically describe the problem loop. According to the invention, content is assigned to the symbolic graphic representations preferably via a communications network and the content which is given or allocated by the different network subscribers is subjected to a conformability testing. An interactive revision of the symbolic graphic representation is likewise possible until a maximum content identity is reached during the assignment by the different subscribers. The revised symbolic graphic representations are filed in an image oriented database, whereby all network subscribers have access to this database and the components of said image oriented database can be linked in any relational manner and can be represented within the network by devices which give images. The communication and dialog guidance of the network subscribers then results exclusively by the selection and possible linking of the content of the image oriented database. |
