The optical axes (O11,O12,O13,...) of the individual telescopes (T11 to T44) can be inclined towards each other w.r.t. a parallel arrangement. The optical system is a reconnaissance system. The individual telescopes are preferably arranged an a row or parallel rows. An Independent claim is included for an optical system.
