<p>The polishing of the granite surface is carried out by using a mobile polishing machine of the conventional type which is provided with a polishing stone comprised of abrasive material of which the hardness has been reduced by 50-80 % and of which the porosity has been increased by 40-60 % and the abrasive material proportion has been increased by 30-60 % with respect to conventional stones; the revolutions per minute of the polishing machine have also been increased up to a value of 800-900 rpm. This improved process applies to the building sector.</p> |
