Two thrust washers 68, 70, and rollers 72 positioned between them, are held together as an assembly. One of the thrust washers 70 has an elongate lip 90 extending an axial length outwardly, in a direction away from the rollers and the other thrust washer, for engagement with a cylindrical piloting surface 88 of a backup member 66 such that piloting will be provided over an increased axial distance, equal to the sum of the distance between thrust surfaces of the thrust washers 68, 70 and the axial length of the elongate lip 90. The elongate lip 90 may be on a radially inner or outer part of the washer 70. |
