PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface treating agent which can prevent freezing and can decrease dynamic friction resistance of a slide contact location by applying the agent to a high polymer product of weather strip or the like. SOLUTION: A surface treating agent is formed by containing fine powder of polycarbonate resin, having adhesiveness relating to reactive silicon, in the reactive silicon. For instance, in a slide contact surface and flock 23 of the weather strip, this surface treating agent is sprayed coating, when it is hardened by condensation reaction in a 90 deg.×10min condition, a hardened film 25 of 5μm thickness dispersing floculated fine powder 24 can be coating formed. |
