PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently remove a fine metallic powder, by fitting a movable body having a magnet, in a cylindrical body slidably toward one edge part of the cylinder body and the other edge part of the same. SOLUTION: When a working command is issued to a machine tool, a compression passage 22 of a compression pump 21 is connected with a first compression passage 22a side, whereby a movable body 10 having a magnet 12, is moved to an upper side to generate the magnetic force in the upper side of a cylindrical body 5 and a valve element 18a of a switching valve 18 is moved to a lower side, whereby a valve hole 16 is opened, and a drain port 17 is closed. Whereby the coolant flowed from an inflow part 3a, is flowed into a separation chamber 4 through the valve hole and a communicating passage 15, and is brought into contact with an upper part of the cylindrical body 5, and the metallic powder mixed in the coolant is attracted to the upper part side of the cylindrical body 5, and is flowed out toward edge part of the machine tool from an outlet 3b. Accordingly the clean coolant can be supplied to the edge part of the machine tool. |
