Fluid streams between sliding surfaces (L) reduce static pressure between them. Compression forces are generated between the stationary body (2) and the moving body (3), all of which acting on the moving body are mutually increased as soon as the moving body is positioned in an equilibrium position out of contact with the stationary body. During excursions from this position, opposing forces are generated. |
