PURPOSE: To prevent ringing, the rebounding of grounding and a false signal from occurring by controlling the voltage of a gate by a voltage control circuit and controlling the change to the time of current that flows through a MOS output transistor so that the change may be constant. CONSTITUTION: The change of output current of Tr 16 with time is controlled by serially connecting the time constant of capacitance between a gate and a source of P-type transistor Tr 32 and the time constant of capacitance between a gate and a source of N-type Tr 18. Similarly, the gate voltage of P-type Tr 20 can be controlled by the time constant of capacitance between gates and sources of N-type Tr 26 and P-type Tr. Then, even though change occurs at the gates of Tr 18 and 20 by the change from high voltage to low voltage in an output circuit 16, gate voltage can be controlled by a voltage control circuit 14. Thereby, the change of output current with time is made constant and prevent ringing, the rebounding of grounding and a false signal from occurring. |
