PURPOSE:To open a path at the 2nd start of this system by allowing an initializing means to initialize the information of a protocol information storage means when a means monitoring the time detects that a data stored in a means storing a data is not transferred to an information processing equipment within a specified time. The state of communication resource stored in control memories 34, 32, 36 is initialized by control memory information storing protocol control, stored the data and the state of low-order level path. Thus, even in the case of 2nd start of the system, the communication is implemented normally without a problem. |
