Telephone call connection method for dual-mode mobile radio telephone

The call connection method uses a first circuit for communication using a cellular mobile radio network and a second circuit for communication via a DECT relay station and a public telephone network, with identification of the mobile radio telephone user via a chip card, providing data used for tariff charging upon the speech connection being established via a DECT relay station. Also included are Independent claims for application of a dual-mode mobile telephone for GSM or DECT communications and for application of a DECT relay station for call connection from a dual-mode mobile radio telephone.
