Pressure regulation valve for high-pressure jet washer

The pressure regulation valve is used in a high-pressure pumping system, where the valve guides fluid back to the pump inlet when the outlet is blocked and guides fluid to the outlet when it is not blocked. The valve comprises a valve body with a central opening, a rotating blocking valve (120), which functions as a pressure release valve, a reciprocating piston (140) in the central opening and an outlet valve (150). The piston and the outlet valve can be an integral unit to simplify removal and replacement. A spring (122) in the rotating blocking valve holds it shut, while the system is in spray mode. The tension of the spring can be adjusted at all times during the operation of the pressure regulation valve. The outlet valve shuts when the line is blocked and the line pressure trapped between the outlet valve and the injection gun. When the gun is activated again the trapped pressure moves the piston forwards, which opens the blocking valve.
