The base consists of upper and lower components (2a, 2b) with vertical side panels (21a, 21b) which partially overlap one another when the base components are fitted together. Each of the side panels has four inclined rows of holes (4d, 4g; 5d, 5g) in two parallel pairs, allowing the upper component to be set at a variable height when fixings are inserted through the overlapping holes.
