PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotor mounting mechanism in which a camshaft is easily machined and a sensor rotor is easily mounted and exchanged without requiring a special jig. SOLUTION: The mechanism is equipped with a central cavity 1a axially to a camshaft 1, an engaging body 2 engaged into the central cavity, a pin 12 which penetrates the engaging body engaged into the central cavity of the camshaft and the camshaft in the direction that the engaging body and the camshaft cross axially to fix the engaging body, a sensor rotor 8 which has a detected projection 10 and comes into contact with the end surface 1e of the camshaft, an engaging projection 8a which is formed in the sensor rotor 8 and can be engaged with a notch 1c formed on the end surface of the camshaft, and a headed bolt 11 which penetrates a through hole of the sensor rotor and is hinged on the engaging body, and fixes the sensor rotor by energizing the sensor rotor and the engaging body in the closing direction by fastening the headed bolt. |
