LIQUID FOR CONTACT LENS AND CLEANING OF CONTACT LENS USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a liquid for contact lenses in order to clean the contact lenses without taking out thereof from eyes and to provide a method for cleaning the contact lenses kept in a stage thereof fitted to the eyes by using the liquid for the contact lenses. SOLUTION: This liquid for contact lenses contains 0.001-1.0 wt.% citric acid or its salt and 0.00001-0.005 wt.% nonionic surfactant. The method for cleaning the contact lenses comprises bringing the liquid for the contact lenses into contact with the contact lenses fitted to human eyes.
