PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable even a thin pipe material to be stuck on a surface to be stuck surely. SOLUTION: A synthetic resin pipe material 1 is pulled down to be subjected to sizing while being extruded by an extruder. The distal end of the pipe material 1 is expanded through heat-melt, and expanded part 1a is put 1n press contact with a heated surface 6 to be adhered for melt adhesion. The expanded part 1a heat melted 1n this way is brought in press-contact with the surface 6 to be adhered; however, the expanded part 1a is further expanded along the surface 6 to be adhered by press-contact force at this time, and leads to a flange shape respectively. Although a hole 8 communicating to the pipe 1s formed at the side of the surface 6 to be adhered, and as the expanded part 1a is placed in press-contact with the surface 6 to be adhered in this manner, the periphery of the hole 8 is heated in advance by a heater. However, 1n this instance, the pin 9 of a jig 7 is inserted in this hole 8 previously. The insertion of the pin 9 can prevent the hole 8 from being clogged during the heat-melt period. |
