PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fit a part firmly on a front fender by forming a flat surface in the center of a front fender inner surface in the vehicle cross direction so as to be parallel to the tangential direction of the outer surface of the portion. SOLUTION: The inner surface of the portion (at which a through hole 3a is drilled) through which a bracket fixing bolt 36 in a front fender 3 passes is formed so that a flat surface 40 may be obtained to be by a mold for molding the front fender 3. The flat surface 40 is formed so as to be parallel to the tangential direction of an outer surface of the portion, that is, so as to extend in the rear axial direction and cross direction of a vehicle body with regard to the through hole 3a as the center. The outer edge in the generating range of the flat surface 40 is connected so as to be smooth without step-off at the curved inner surface of the front fender 3. The front fender 3 is formed so that the thickness of other portions except the flat surface generated portion may be almost uniform, therefore, the flat surface generated portion has a more thickness than its periphery, thereby improving rigidity. |
