PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject composition comprising an aqueous domain containing a surface active agent and an aqueous or a non-aqueous domain in a non-emulsified state containing an agent for removing oily soil, having a good feel of a foaming cleanser and capable of thoroughly removing the oily soil by making the surface active agent and the agent for removing the oily soil separate but combinedly dispensable as discrete domains from a single packaging means. SOLUTION: This detergent is obtained by including (A) an aqueous domain containing a surface active agent selected from anionic, nonionic, amphoteric, zwitterionic and cationic surface active agents, soap and a mixture thereof and (B) an aqueous or a non-aqueous domain in a non-emulsified state containing an agent for removing oily soil. The domains of the ingredients A and B are greater than 1,000×m in size and are separate but combinedly dispensable as discrete domains from a single packaging means. In the objective composition, 5-40 wt.% surface active agent and 1-70 wt.% agent for removing the oily soil are preferably contained.
