<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a body panel for vehicle excellent in the heat insulating performance and offer a panel manufacturing device suitable for manufacture of a large-sized body panel, etc. SOLUTION: A panel core 3 is formed by fitting a heat insulating plate material in a framing 1 consisting of a peripheral frame 1A made of a square metal cylinder and a reinforcing frame 1B laid inside the peripheral frame 1A. An exterior wall material 4 and interior wall material 5 are laid on the panel core 3 and they are subjected to vacuum adhesion. A clamping rod 11 having a rectangular section is furnished circumferentially at the periphery of a base 10. The peripheral edge of a vacuum sheet 20 is fixed to the clamping rod 11 using a plurality of clamps 12 which press the outer side face of the clamping rod 11. The vacuum sheet 20 is kept in the sealed condition by the top side edge of the clamping rod 11.</p> |
