PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an operation of various equipment in the case that a step plate is opened or the case that an article is placed to be retained on the plate. SOLUTION: A step plate 10 is arranged between frames 1c and 1d. Brackets 2 having cutout grooves 2a are mounted at the frames 1c, 1d. A compression coil for engaging the groove 2a of the bracket 2 so as to vertically move a recess support block 6 and urging to move the block 6 upward is provided. A limit switch 14 is connected to the block 6 via a dog 13, while a holder having a protruding support pin 12 is mounted at the plate 10. Then, an end of the pin 12 is inserted into the block 6 to be supported. |
