PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a color conversion sheet comprising a resin and a phosphor contained therein, esp. a visible-ray conversion sheet excellent in resistances to heat, impact, and chemicals and in prevention of contamination by impurities, and a luminescent device prepd. by using the same. SOLUTION: This luminescent device has a luiminescent element (205) at least having a nitride semiconductor in a luminescent layer and a color change sheet (200) contg. an inorg. phosphor (203) which is contained in a resin sheet (204) transmitting blue light from the luminescent element (205), is excited by the luminescent wavelength from the luminescent element (205), and emits fluorescence having a wavelength longer than the luminescence wavelength. The inorg. phosphor (203) is a cerium-activated yttrium/aluminum/garnet phosphor, and the resin sheet (204) is a polyarylate or polycarbonate. |
