PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a preparation for external use for skin which gives reduced irritation to the skin, gives an enhanced warm sense, and has excellent strength and sustainability of the warm sense, enhanced percutaneous absorption of a non-steroidal antiinflammatory agent as an active ingredient, and excellent sustainability when applied to the skin, by including capsicoside and other substance(s) from red pepper as warm sense-giving substances. SOLUTION: This preparation is obtained by including (A) a non-steroidal antiinflammatory agent (preferably, flurbiprofen and felbinac). (B) capsicoside, and (C) and other substance(s) from red pepper wherein components B and C are warm-sense-giving substances. It is preferable to include component A at 0.3-3 wt.% and sum of components B and C at 0.01-1 wt.%, per the final preparation for external use. It is preferable that the component C/component B weight ratio is 1-100. Preferably the (sum of components B and C)/component A weight ratio is 0.002-0.5. |
